PORTFOLIO Registration

Eligibility Requirements for Portfolio
You must be an ISC member to be eligible to register for Portfolio. Individuals who only subscribe to Sculpture magazine are not eligible. Portfolio Rates

Basic/Student/Young Professional/Senior Level Members:
Your membership includes the placement of two (2) images and two (2) pages of text on-line for one year. It also includes one free link to the sculptor's home page or other location.

Professional Level Members:
Your membership includes the placement of six (6) images and two (2) pages of text on-line for one year. It also includes one free link to the sculptor's home page or other location.

Additional images:
If you would like to add more images than your membership allows you, additional images may be purchased for $15 per image, up to a total of 20 images.

Instructions for Posting your Portfolio online
Once you have become a member of the ISC, you may submit materials for your portfolio page. To expedite the Portfolio process, please follow these instructions carefully:

Step 1: Create a Portfolio account

Using our online login form, enter your e-mail address and create your password. After your listing is completed, you will be able to use this login information to edit your listing whenever you wish.

Step 2: Register your Portfolio

After you have logged in, fill out the registration form by adding the information you would like to include on your portfolio. The registration form has fields for all of your contact information, as well as a "long bio" section which you are free to use for your resume, CV, biography, or artist statement. Step 3: Sign and return the Portfolio and Directory Release Form

In order to process your application, you must send a signed Release Form to the Web and Portfolio Department at the Hamilton, NJ Headquarters. Click here to access the Release Form.

Step 4: Upload your images

After you have filled out the registration form, you may add images of your work by logging into your account and using the "add new sculpture" link. Fill out the title, scale, medium, and date of your piece. Save the sculpture when you have finished adding this information. You will then be able to upload the image of the work.

Image requirements:
1) Images should be formatted as jpegs.
1) The Portfolio database will only accept images under 50k in size.
2) Digital Images should be 72 pixels/inch with image size not exceeding six inches in width, five inches in height.
3) Images will not be enlarged, as this will degrade their quality.
4) Images that are very tall and thin or very long and narrow may need to be cropped by the ISC.

After submitting your online registration, the ISC needs to approve your Portfolio before it will be added to our website. We resize your images to fit the Portfolio format, and this process may take a few weeks. When we have approved your Portfolio, you will receive an e-mail from the ISC with a link to your finished page. Any missing information or forms may cause delay.

Change or update an existing portfolio
You may update or change the text on your Portfolio at any time by loggin in with your e-mail address and password.

Each time you renew your membership, you are allowed to change or add two sculptures free of charge (up to a maximum of 20 images).

Additional images beyond those included in your membership can be purchased at a cost of $15 per image. Please mail you payment to the ISC and upload your images as described above. Added or changed images will need to be approved by the ISC before they can be displayed on your portfolio page.

You do not need to fill out a new Portfolio and Directory Release Form to make changes to your portfolio page.
