About the 2003 ISC Member Juried Exhibition: The International Sculpture Center proudly presents the 2003 ISC Member Juried Exhibition in partnership with Grounds For Sculpture. This exhibition presents a unique opportunity for the ISC to showcase some of the outstanding work of its diverse, international membership in the world-class setting at Grounds For Sculpture. The 2003 ISC Member Juried Exhibition is being held in conjunction with Grounds For Sculpture's 2003 Summer Exhibition and will occupy the two primary indoor exhibition spaces at the sculpture park: the Museum Building and the Domestic Arts Building. A full-color catalog will accompany the exhibition. The exhibition was held July 26 - September 28, 2003 at Grounds For Sculpture. About Grounds For Sculpture: Grounds For Sculpture, a public, nonprofit organization, was established in 1992 to promote a greater understanding of and appreciation for contemporary sculpture by organizing exhibitions, publishing scholarly catalogues, and offering a variety of educational programs to the public. The sculpture park's 35 landscaped acres are located on a site that was formerly a part of the New Jersey State Fairgrounds. The park includes two 10,000 square-foot, glass-walled indoor exhibition buildings -- the Museum Building and the Domestic Arts Building -- which house rotating exhibitions. The 2003 ISC Member Juried Exhibition continues Grounds For Sculpture's tradition of introducing works from professional sculptor's groups over the summer months. It also represents the culmination of a partnership with the ISC which began in 2001 with Grounds For Sculpture hosting two ISC exhibitions: the 2001 Outstanding Student Achievement in Contemporary Sculpture Awards, and Selections: Works from the ISC Board.
