My work deals with the navigation of space.
Sculptures physically represent a constructed
space, while prints explore how we interact with
the physical world. The two forms dovetail, creating
a constant deconstruction and reconstruction
of ideas. The sculptures are made of common
construction materials: two-by-fours, drywall, and
paint. Mathematical sequencing allows me to
take the idea of a pure form and augment it into
something that combines complexity and
Minimalism, the everyday and the abstract.
