sculpture network’s XIV International Forum is a 3-day networking event for artists, curators, museum experts, gallerists, collectors, students and friends of arts to meet, exchange and gain professional input on the theme of LandArt, EcoArt and BioArt.
Talks will be given by pioneers like Nils-Udo (Germany), who has been working with nature since the seventies, and Alan Sonfist (USA), who in 1965 already envisioned the first urban forest, together with the renowned Belgian artist Koen Vanmechelen, a forerunner in working with living animals. Experts on the topic such as Clive Adams (UK) and Sue Spaid (USA) will put ‘green art’ in perspective followed by visits to key sites and private collections to appreciate art works.
