PORTFOLIO REGISTRATION

Eligibility Requirements for Portfolio
You must be an ISC member to be eligible to register for Portfolio. Individuals who only subscribe to Sculpture magazine are not eligible. Instructions for Posting your Portfolio online

To expedite the Portfolio process, please follow these instructions carefully:

Step 1: Online Registration Form

Go online to www.sculpture.org/portfolio/login.php and register for your portfolio by adding your contact information and your artist statement, resume or biography. Follow the instructions on this form. If you have any questions, contact portfolio@sculpture.org

After submitting your online registration, you have 8 weeks to complete steps 2 and 3. If the ISC does not receive your completed portfolio within 8 weeks, your online registration may be deleted. However, you may apply again at any time, as long as your membership is current.

Step 2: Sign and return the Portfolio Release Form

In order to process your application, you must send a signed Portfolio Release form to the Web and Portfolio Department at the Hamilton, NJ Headquarters. Click here to access the Release Form.

Step 3: Send Jpeg Images with an Image List (PC Formatted CD-Rom) and payment if applicable.

The ISC Web Department will post your images to your portfolio, so please follow the instruction below on how to format your images and image list. CD-roms will not be returned unless you submit a self stamped envelope. Images are not accepted through e-mail.

Image Format

1) Digital Images should be 72 pixels/inch with image size not exceeding six inches in width, five inches in height.
2) No slides or photographs will be accepted.
3) Images will not be enlarged, as this will degrade their quality.
4) Images that are very tall and thin or very long and narrow may need to be cropped by the ISC.

Image List Format

Title, Date, Materials, Dimension and, if necessay, additional information (not to exceed 1 paragraph).

Any missing information or forms may cause delay.

Portfolio Rates

Basic/Student/Young Professional/Senior Level Members:
Membership includes the placement of two (2) images and two (2) pages of text on-line for one year. It also includes one free link to the sculptor's home page or other location.

Professional Level Member:
Membership includes the placement of six (6) images and two (2) pages of text on-line for one year. It also includes one free link to the sculptor's home page or other location

Additional image(s): may be purchased for $15 per image
(maximum of 20 images per Portfolio)

Update/Change of existing Portfolio: $15 per image
