My
recent work involves research into historical jewelry. From source material
and engravings, I develop large patterns to realize these works at the
scale of chandeliers. I am interested in jewelrys intimate and personal
associations related to the body. The title of each sculpture invites
narrative. Together, they form a body of work titled Watersports,
which refers to fluids, bodily and other.
