I use elements
of animate and inanimate objects to lend a sense of life to my work
and to maintain an industrial/manmade character. Both types of forms
share a simple geometric structure. I am amazed by nature’s complex
building blocks, which are imitated by man in the form of industry
or engineering. It is my aim to resolve the perceived opposition between
natural and manmade objects and to promote a broader understanding
of form.
