The Sculptors Guild
A nonprofit organization of professional artists, was founded in 1937 to
provide free exhibitions of contemporary sculpture. Its members, chosen
on the basis of excellence, work in a variety of aesthetic perspectives,
techniques, and materials.

Philadelphia Sculptors
"We are a new organization of professional sculptors (founded in 1996) based in the Philadelphia area. More than just an advocate for local sculptors, we are becoming a more visible element of the Philadelphia art scene through our exhibitions, programs, presentations, workshops, studio tours, and technical demonstrations."

Pacific Northwest Sculptors Association
The Pacific Northwest Sculptors Association fosters the art of sculpture by increasing public awareness of the issues and techniques that surround sculpture and by facilitating communication between member sculptors. PNS sponsors seminars, studio tours, workshops, lectures and art events that are open to the public. Meetings are held monthly and alternate between educational, featuring a demonstration or lecture and general meetings which give members the opportunity to freely interact.

Sculpture Space
Sculpture Space is an international residency program providing
access to a specialized studio facility for professional artists whose focus
is sculpture. Emerging and mid-career visual artists are given the physical
space, technical assistance, and, when possible, funding necessary to make
sculpture on a scale which they otherwise could not afford and in an environment
conducive to experimentation.

THE SCULPTURE CENTER
The Sculpture Center is a non-profit organization in Cleveland,
Ohio "fostering the careers of emerging sculptors and promoting the
preservation of outdoor sculpture." It is the goal of The Sculpture
Center to raise awareness of the need to care for and protect outdoor
sculpture in both the public and private sectors. But calling attention
to the problem is not enough. The individual owners; local, state and
federal governing bodies; corporations and organizations; and the public
must understand the problems and learn how to resolve them in order to
protect these cultural and historic assets.

NATIONAL SCULPTURE SOCIETY
The National Sculpture Society is the oldest organization
of professional sculptors in the United States. It is master sculptors and
architects like Daniel Chester French, Augustus St. Gaudons, Richard Morris
Hunt, and Standford White, who founded the NSS in 1893 and have comprised
its active membership since. Current members continue to contribute to the
great public sculpture in this nation, as well as being represented in museum,
corporate, and private collections around the world. The Society's quarterly
publication, Sculpture Review, is devoted to sculpture and is available
on newsstands and by subscription.

THE SCULPTORS' SOCIETY OF
CANADA
The Sculptor's Society of Canada (S.S.C.) is a non-profit
organization founded in 1928. The S.S.C. is dedicated to the encouragement
of sculptors and sculpture, the provision of a forum through which artistic
standards can be raised, and to discover and foster young talent. Today,
the Sculptor's Society of Canada remains the only national organization
actively dedicated to the concerns of sculptors. Membership numbers over
140, including sculptors from coast to coast in Canada as well as associate
members in other countries.

The Scottish Sculpture Workshop
The Scottish Sculpture Workshop is a unique place - we are
the international centre for sculpture in Scotland. We provide facilities
for making sculpture and self-catering accommodation on a site in the foothills
of the Highlands of Scotland. Artists travel from all over the the UK and
the world to make art in a place where they can live and communicate in
a friendly and stimulating environment.

THE SCULPTORS' SOCIETY OF IRELAND
The SSI is a non-profit artists' organisation which represents
330 sculptors, manages open competitions for major art commissions, and
organises sculpture symposia,conferences and exhibitions. As well as acting
in an advisory capacity for the development and improvement of public art
policy, the Society co-ordinates open-submission international sculpture
symposia, sculpture trails, professional-practice workshops, conferences,
exhibitions and artist initiated projects.

Northwest Stone Sculptors
Association
Non-profit membership organization serving as a resource
for the carving and presentation of stone sculpture. We develop educational
opportunities, provide a support system and facilitate interaction with
regional, national, and international communities. Our membership is made
up of approximately 200 members living predominantly in the Northwest US
and Canada. NWSSA offers its members a bi-monthly, 16 page publication,
regular membership meetings, workshops, and 4 regional symposia each year.
Other activities include quarry trips and promotional exhibits.

The Tri State Sculptors
Educational Association
The Tri State Sculptors Educational Association was formed
in 1978 by a group of sculptors from Virginia, South Carolina, and North
Carolina to promote public awareness and appreciation of sculpture in the
region and to exchange ideas and information among its members. Membership
is open to anyone interested in sculpture, regardless of style, medium,
education, or location.

PILCHUCK GLASS SCHOOL
Pilchuck Glass School is the largest and most comprehensive center for artists who create with glass. Pilchuck retains its original experimental spirit, attracting novice and professional artists from more than twenty-five countries and thirty-seven states.
