The medieval ruins and the neighboring 19th century castle lie on the hill above the small village of the same name below the Sumava (Bohmerwarld) range. In the castle is the headquarters of one of the most known Czech museums of art - Gallery Klatovy - Klenová. In the ruins and in the park around are many sites available for modern art sculptures. Some works are here permanently, another sites are used for temporary exhibition. These exhibitions are partially from the museum collection. Admission fee: 50 Kc, students, seniors, and children 25 Kc. Open to the public Tu-Su 9-17, April - October. Many exhibition catalogues are available in the gallery shop. Facilities include restaurant, gift/book shop.
