Targu Jiu Monument
Constantin Brancusi’s monument was commissioned in honor of World War I soldiers who died in the Jiu Valley, near Targu Jin. The Targu Jiu Monument, finished and dedicated on October 27, 1938, consists of the Table of Silence, the Gate of Kiss, the Endless Column and the surrounding park environment.
