The New Art Centre Sculpture Park exhibits 20th and 21st Century sculpture, with over 50 works on show. Our gallery which is host a changing exhibition was especially built to show sculpture designed by the architect Stephen Marshall of Munkenbeck and Marshall, London. It has won the following awards: American Institute of Architecture Award, Royal Fine Art Comission Building of the Year award (special commendation), Royal Institute of British Architects award.
The park is spread over some 100 acres of rolling Wiltshire countryside, one hour from London. There is no permanent collection as all the works are for sale. We are particularly interested in exhibiting contemporary British sculpture in an art-historical context. Each year we select work from abroad to show in parallel with British sculpture. Past exhibitions include Louise Nevelson, Antony Gormley, Richard Long, Gavin Turk and David Nash. We represent the Estate of Barbara Hepworth and there are always works by Hepworth exhibited in the park.
