About the Conference:

Inspired by the opening of the Olympic Sculpture Park, Sculpture in Public, Part I: Sculpture Parks and Gardens will bring together artists, arts administrators and advisors, curators, patrons, city arts commissioners, architects, city planners, and museum directors for dialogue and networking events focused on issues related
to sculpture parks and gardens nationally and internationally, while incorporating many of the great art venues offered by Seattle and nearby Tacoma.

Conference Location:
Conference Registration and Panel Events hosted at the new and expanded  Seattle Art Museum, Downtown location. SAM DT is located at 1300 First Avenue and is an easy walk from the Grand Hyatt Seattle and most downtown hotels. Conference attendees must enter the museum at the “Hammer Man” entrance located at 1st and University.
