The physical forms of sculpture are like a journal. I have developed a trust in materials, combining clay and discarded items such as cardboard boxes, newspaper, and fabric. I make extractions from the boxes, transforming them into light and fragile objects, devoid of purpose but packed with strength and power. These open forms will no longer contain anything except a history.
