As a policy, the ISC does not extend press passes to attend entire events such as conference or galas.

  2. Press person must provide details of the piece/project they are working on including name of the publication, article title/theme, and anticipated date of publication.
  3. Requests will only be considered by reputable, verifiable media sources. Freelance reporters must provide an indication of targeted publications or previously published articles.
  4. Press person may not take the seat of a paying attendee in a sold-out event and must understand that press may be restricted to "standing room only".
  5. Each publication approved will be allowed no more than 2 press passes for the event. In most cases only one pass will be approved.
  6. If request is approved reporters are required to send ISC a copy of the published article within 60 days of publication.
