About the artist: Jami Nix Rahn b.Corpus Christi, Texas Lives and works in Weston, Florida. Jami Nix Rahn earned her BFA from Florida Atlantic University where she received the Arts and Letters Scholarship and the David and Alfrede Myerson Achievement Award in Fine Arts. She also studied at the Glassell School of Art in Houston, Texas as well as the Art Students league and National Academy in New York, NY. Jami began her art career in Lisbon Portugal where she taught drawing and painting and practiced stone carving and bronze casting. She has exhibited both locally and abroad and her work may be found in collections nationally and internationally.
