Working with geometric shapes, Roni transcends the form into a whirlwind of movement and expression. The power of the work emerges from the contrast between the static form and the writhing currents from within.
Roni studied at the University of Maryland, School of Visual Art, and received her BFA from the New York Institute of Technology and her Masters at Long Island University. Originally trained as a printmaker, Roni has exhibited extensively in the New York Metropolitan area.
