This third in the series in the World Sculpture Project is a sundial. the tip of the shadow tells clock time and on summer solstice the tip of the shadow also follows the stone wall curve during the course of the day. Around the globe, Sculptures in the World Sculpture Project demonstrate the universal nature of the sun's affect on all of us, and encourage connections between young people who will be living more closer together in the 21st century. Mitsubishi Estate Company and the Japan Foundation ssupported the project.
