Permanent 3-acre sculpture garden designed as a model of reclamation, resource conservation, recycling, and community involvement for San Francisco's waste and recycling plant Artist-in-Residence Program. 100 local high school students and SFC staff participated in the artwork. Used for educational programs for 3000+ visitors per year.
