By Hook or by Crook was commissioned by Wexford Council, Ireland and generously funded by Tesco Ireland. The client was keen that this historic site (of Pierce Engineering Wexford City) was celebrated by a landmark sculpture and street furniture that made historic links to the regions industrial past.
