Each blade of grass is 8'H quarter inch powder-coated steel. The arrangement of nine blades of grass changes with each installation. Each blade has a steel foot 18" x 24" with four 18" steel spikes hammered into each corner. The plate is buried under the sod or ground to look like the blade of grass emerges directly from the gound.
