Rachidial Digression, Part 1 |

Using left over railroad tracks from the Holocaust & Genocide Memorial, I cut almost 1200 ¼” sections from a single 33-foot long track. Keeping the sections in numbered order, each was drilled, cleaned and coated, and re-ordered onto a flexible steel cable. 19 equal sections fasten together to form a continuous sculpture that conforms to just about any space limitation.
