4 Large abstract wooden sculptures by Peter Strasser recently installed at ROCA in Rockland County, NY. Each of these 10 foot sculptures were created using a sawmill in a unconventional style incorporating the natural organic tree lines as well as the straight angle lines of the sawmill. A light transarent white wash is used to embellish and preserve the artwork.

Titanosaurus, a large scale public sculpture by Connecticut artist Carlos Davila, will be installed in May for a two-year stay at a public park in Suwanee Georgia as part of that city’s SculpTour. Titanosaurus is constructed of stainless steel and marine-grade teak and other hardwoods, and is over 16′ long and 12′ high. ALisa Dworsky: InVersion

Vermont based artist Alisa Dworsky opens an exhibition of new works, including InVersion, a large scale, site-based volumetric work, at CYNTHIA-REEVES, located on the campus of MASS MoCA in North Adams, MA.
