General Questions:

1) What is the target audience for this event?
Content will be geared toward ISC members including sculptors, educators, arts administrators, patrons, students, and anyone with an interest in sculpture. Non-members are also welcome.

2) Will there be optional activities or tours available?
Optional activities and tours before and after the conference will be available. Please see our Registration Page for more details. Additional fees apply.

3) Will there be workshops?
Optional pre-conference workshop demonstrations will be offered. For more information about the workshops please click here.

4) Can I bring a guest to social activities?
Registered conference attendees may purchase up to two tickets for optional tours.   More details on optional tours available on the Registration Page.  Additionally registered delegates may purchase a Reception Guest ticket for the Opening Reception at Tate Modern. 5) What else is there to do in London?
London and its neighboring cities have a lot to offer! Please check out the Area Attractions menu bar for more information.

6) Where are conference events being held?
Events are being held at several venues throughout London.  Registration will be held at Chelsea College of Art & Design on Wednesday, April 7th.  Registration will be moved to Kings Place Thursday, April 8 and Friday, April 9. For additional details of locations visit the About page.

7) Do I need to be a member?
No, you do not need to be an ISC member to attend. However, members do receive discounted registration fees. To get the member rate you must enter your membership number when you register for the conference.  Your membership must be current through April 30, 2010.  Not a member? Click here to join.

8) Is there an age limit attendees must be to attend?
ISC conferences are adult, professional meetings and attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend any activities.

9) Where do I find the member number?
You can find your member number on your magazine label; it is the 5-digit number located in red box on the left, as pictured below or contact the ISC membership department at USA 609.689-1051 ext 301 –


1) What is included in my registration fee?
Registration includes admission to all panels, keynote addresses, reception at Tate Modern, admission to the Henry Moore exhibition at Tate Britain , workshop demonstrations at Chelsea College of Art & Design, ARTSlam Sessions, gallery hop, and lunch Thursday and Friday .

2) Will there be a student rate for this conference?
Yes, thanks to funding from several sponsors a limited number of discounted student rate spots will be available for £50. These spots will be offered on a first-come basis. Open to currently enrolled full-time undergraduate and graduate students only! Students must send a copy of their current student ID to qualify. Additional places may become available pending further sponsorships.


7) Are there any travel discounts available?
Yes, the ISC has arranged for discounted rates with numerous airlines and accommodations throughout London.  Please see the Travel page for more details.

8) What is the best way to get from the airport to the hotels?
There are numerous ways to get from the airports to downtown London.  Please see the Travel page for more details.


Cancellations must be submitted in writing before March 16, 2010 and are subject to a £125 cancellation fee. No refunds will be offered for cancellations received after March 16, 2010. All approved refunds will be issued within 3 business days of request to original paid credit card.  Registrations paid by check will be refunded via check .
