Art that becomes part of a conversation creates far more value than the aesthetic appreciation alone. I want my sculptures elevate our understanding as a people; to liberate our spirits or our aspirations.

Most people see me as a figurative sculptor. I see myself as a conceptual artist. It's the concept that connects my heart and soul to those who view it, or preferably, feel it.

My figures are dynamic, athletic and heroic. But the space in which they move is the invisible element that invites viewers to explore, imagine and identify with the story.
