Anhydrite Silhouette

Blue Anhydrite/IndianFossil Limestone 9x6x18" The blue and white colors are one stone with two different sources. The blue is opaque anhydrite. The Egyptians carved a type of Anhydrite but not blue. The white is a translucent alabaster. I love the banding of colors. The head is a contrast and shows the diamond blades marks from when I cut the stone off a bigger piece. It is fiulled with fossils.
